Position: Senior Automation Tester
Key Skills: BDD/TDD, Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, TestNG/JUnit, REST Assured, Parasoft
Summary:
Architect, design, and implement next‑generation automation solutions. Provide technical leadership for automation frameworks, grids, and scripts. Develop and execute automation tests using Java, Selenium, Cucumber, and Gherkin; document defects; and support continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
• 7+ years Java-based automation
• 5+ years Cucumber/Gherkin
• 5+ years Selenium
Requirements:
• Must obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance
• On-site in Woodlawn, MD (5 days/week)
• Master’s +5, Bachelor’s +7, or 13 years experience in lieu of degree
• Strong BDD/TDD knowledge
• Experience with automation frameworks, Selenium Grid, REST API testing, Parasoft, SQL, Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
Desired Skills:
• Jenkins CI/CD, Git/Stash
• SSA environment (VersionOne, Confluence, SonarQube, Checkmarx)
• AWS/Docker, containerized test execution
• AI-assisted and self‑healing automation
• Synthetic data generation
