*Sr. Full Stack Developer (Java/Angular)**
Location: Baltimore County, MD (On‑site only)
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to support a major national humanitarian program and drive digital modernization efforts.
**Key Skills**
– Java (modern), Angular 9+, Spring Boot, REST API
– Microservices, CI/CD (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket)
– Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization
– Agile/Scrum; mentoring junior developers
**Responsibilities**
– Develop applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs
– Build microservices aligned with Twelve‑Factor principles
– Collaborate with product and engineering teams
– Participate in Agile ceremonies
– Support DevOps pipelines and cloud‑ready architectures
– Mentor junior staff
**Basic Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field (experience may substitute)
– 10+ years Java development; hands‑on Angular experience
– 8+ years on Agile teams (SAFe preferred)
– Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance
**Required Skills**
– Java/J2EE, Angular 9+, Spring Boot, Spring
– Hibernate, JPA, JDBC
– OOP, Twelve‑Factor design, REST architecture
– PostgreSQL or Oracle development
– Front‑end: Angular, HTML/JS, React, CSS, JQuery/YUI

– Agile tools: VersionOne/JIRA
**Desired Skills**
– Jenkins, Splunk, Git/BitBucket, Nexus, Maven, OpenShift
– XML/XSLT, VisualVM/Eclipse Profiler

**Pay Range:** $150,000 – $220,000
