This position focuses on implementing a production-ready Generative AI proof of concept and requires a hands-on full stack developer passionate about responsible AI.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with stakeholders to refine GenAI use cases.
– Design and build end-to-end PoCs using Azure AI and AWS Bedrock.
– Develop scalable full stack applications integrating GenAI models.
– Build front-end and back-end components with strong UX and data processing.
– Rapidly prototype features and iterate based on feedback.
– Integrate cloud services and manage deployment pipelines.
– Document architecture and development processes.
– Work with data scientists, UX, and PM teams.
– Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging.
– Stay current with GenAI and full stack best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
– 5+ years full stack development; 3+ years Python.
– Experience with Azure and/or AWS.
– Familiarity with Generative AI and integrating AI/ML models.
– Strong skills in Python, JavaScript (Node.js/React/Angular), REST APIs, microservices, Docker/OpenShift.
– Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Required Skills:
– Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.
– Onsite in Woodlawn, MD, 5 days/week.
– Master’s +5 yrs, Bachelor’s +7 yrs, or 13 yrs experience.
– Proficiency with Azure AI services (OpenAI, AI Search, Vision).
– Understanding of AI/RAG fundamentals and ethical AI.
– Strong Python and backend API development.
– Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins), Bitbucket, Docker/OpenShift.
– Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Azure security/compliance.
Desired Skills:
– Experience with Azure OpenAI API and advanced Azure AI services.
– Experience deploying GenAI models in production.
– Data preprocessing for RAG.
– Proficiency in C# and Java.
– Strong CI/CD and DevOps practices.
– Familiarity with data science tools (Jupyter, pandas, PyTorch).
– Awareness of GenAI trends and Python best practices.
